To enable greater efficiency and for health and safety reason,  staff work in teams of two.  The most senior member of staff has the added responsibility of checking all work when completed, ensuring no products or equipment are left  behind and the property is left secure on departure, alarms are set and keys are returned to the office.  (We operate a safe key policy.)
